Colombi-Eck is designed as an office and retail building with a total area of about 3,120 m² divided between the first floor and 6 floors, including a roof terrace of more than 200 m² with views of Münster and Schlossberg.

Modern heating and cooling technology using a concrete core and a photovoltaic system on the roof are standard features of the building.

Parking spaces for bicycles are located on the first floor and spaces for cars in the two-story underground parking garage.

Colombi-Eck houses an adult education center, an evening high school and an evening gymnasium as well as a large telecommunications company.
